The Wonder Years commissioned the poster up top for their upcoming record release show. They couldn't decide between the two colorways I submitted so the left is being used as online promotion and the right will be printed for the analog type. C'mon out, June 14th at the Starlight.
The print up top was my submission to Masthead's "Cafeteria Show" a few weeks ago. I wasn't able to attend but from what I hear there's a closing coming up in June. It was inspired by the matchbook cover and soda bottle below. Both procured on junk store excursions in the last year or two. Final print is 3 colors on creme stock. The yellow over printed on the blue and burgundy makes the green and orange/brown. Print Magic!
I've really been slacking on the blog posts lately. Here's my latest for Parade Of Flesh. I actually went to finish on two other concepts before banging this out last minute. As you can see i've been having a blast with my texture library lately. More work soon, I promise.
Pre-orders for the new Wonder Years record are now available. There's a bunch of packages to choose from, some including one of these shirts I designed. Check it out here. Also, if you happen to be in town this weekend. The Cafeteria Show goes down at Masthead on Saturday. I'll be in another state but I'll have a new print on the wall. I also hear talks of free food.
