BOWLING OTTER

I had some more vector based fun with this logo for Bowling Otter Studios. Check out Matt's work here. He's a top notch recording engineer. On another note, the City Paper gave Dre Day a nice write up on it's website. Stop by the Khyber this Saturday to check it out and if you're early enough grab up one of my 40oz bags. The next couple weeks look pretty busy so stop back for new work soon.

Dre Day

This Saturday night come by the Khyber for the first annual Dre Day Philadelphia hosted by Ed Blammo. It's my understanding that the first 40 people get a free 40oz. in one of these paper bags I both designed and printed. Suitable for framing if you finish your beverage before it gets all dewey and ruins my art.

THRILLIST PHILLY

Thrillist, the site that "unearths all that's new, unknown or under-appreciated in your area" ran an awesome article on my work today. You can take a look here. Thanks Joshua!

VIVIAN GIRLS

This Vivian Girls poster is my latest for Parade of Flesh. Yellow and process magenta straight out of the can on white stock. I kinda went nuts with the halftones but I think it works for the image. I'm just a little afraid my work is getting too pretty. Luckily it looks like I've got some noise band stuff lined up. On another note, go be a fan of me on facebook if you're into that kind of thing.

YAY VECTOR

I recently created this logo for my buddy Nick's recording services. I haven't really done any branding work in a while so this was a little bit of a challenge, on top of that I opted to go vector so it could be re-sized without looking crappy.  Overall I'm pretty happy that I was able to make something "clean" but still fairly consistent with my other work. Check out Nick's work here. He offers some really good rates for top notch recording and mixing services.
