PHILA POSTER GUILD

It's been a while since I made a gigposter and thanks to Phila Poster Guild I got to do one for a band I really like. This one's for BMSR at the Union Transfer next month. Prints will be available at the show and then here after. I also started a tumblr account to try and post sketchbook stuff more frequently, check that out here.

SA CURRENT

Over the weekend I got to illustrate the cover for the San Antonio Current's Fall Arts issue. The art director had already sold his editor on the idea of a bear conducting an animal orchestra so I have to admit I was reluctant at first. Drawing cute woodland animals is way outside my comfort zone. But once I got over my anxiety it was nice to have a challenge. Variety's a good thing right?

PLAY IT BACKWARDS

Here's the color mock up for what will end up being a 5 color screenprint. It's an attempt at doing something besides standard monster fare for halloween this year. I'll have more info on the show/shows it's appearing in soon.
